Here is a photo of a document. Explain it to me in plain English like I have never seen one before. Tell me what it is asking for, what happens if I ignore it, and the three things I should check before I act on it.
Works on a renewal notice, a form, a bill, a letter from an agency. Take the photo straight down in good light and it will read it.
A photo shows everything on the page. Cover or crop anything you would not read out loud in a waiting room — other people's names, account and ID numbers, medical details — before you take it.
