Write down how you do the thing only you can do
You cannot hire your way out of a job that lives in your head.
Paste this:
I am going to describe how I do a task at my business, out loud and out of order. Turn it into a numbered checklist a new person could follow on their first day. Where I was vague, mark it UNCLEAR and ask me about it instead of guessing.
Talk it through on your phone's microphone. Two minutes of rambling turns into a procedure you can hand someone.
Describing your own process is safe. Just do not read out customer names, account numbers or pricing you have agreed with a specific client while you talk it through.
