Turn one customer question into a week of posts
You already know what to post. A customer asked you this morning.
Paste this:
A customer asked me this question today. Give me five short social posts that each answer one piece of it, in plain language, for people who are not in my industry. No hashtags. No emoji. Each one under 60 words and each one has to be useful on its own.
The question people actually ask beats anything you invent at your desk. Keep a note on your phone of what they ask.
The answer is going to be public. Never quote the customer who asked, name them, or include anything that would let someone recognise them.
